Late Payment & Membership Dues – Jacksonville APA

We get it — sometimes life happens and payments get missed. This page makes it easy to catch up and keep your team on track. All late payments include a $5 late fee (per Jacksonville APA bylaws).

Make a Late Payment

When submitting a late payment, you’ll need to provide:

• Your 5-Digit Team Number
• The Week of Play the payment is for

• Single Format Team – $55 (weekly dues + $5 late fee)
• Double Jeopardy Team – $105 (weekly dues + $5 late fee)
• Masters or Ladies Team – $35 (weekly dues + $5 late fee)
• Doubles Team – $37 (weekly dues + $5 late fee)
• Past-Due Membership Dues – $30

Important Reminders (Per Jacksonville APA Bylaws)

• Payment Deadline: All weekly team fees are due by 10:00 AM the morning after your scheduled match time, whether or not the match has been completed.
• Bonus Point Penalties: Paying late or carrying a past-due balance costs your team bonus points. Don’t risk it — stay current to keep your edge.
• Post-Season Eligibility: Teams with unpaid balances at the end of the session may lose playoff or wildcard eligibility.
• Unpaid Memberships: If a team plays an unpaid member, APA rules (see rules.poolplayers.com) say the team loses all points. To prevent this outcome, Jacksonville APA will pay the membership on your behalf and apply the balance to your team account.
